Order Processing Time & Flow:

- You place the order. 
- Our executive calls to confirm the order details. 
- Your order goes into production. 
- Your order gets ready to dispatch. 

General Processing Time for an Order:
Within 2 working days after the order is confirmed.
(Monday’s confirmed order gets dispatched on or before Wednesday. Friday’s confirmed order gets dispatched on or before Tuesday)

General Processing Time for a Delayed Order:
Within 3 working days after the order is confirmed.
(Monday’s confirmed delayed order gets dispatched on or before Thursday. Friday’s confirmed delayed order gets dispatched on or before Wednesday.)

Why are Orders Delayed?
Customised products are carefully made according to the specific requirements of the customers. This process can take some time to ensure a long-life product.

Standard delivery takes within 8-10 working days to deliver.

However, if you want fast shipping, you can opt-in for our recently launched express shipping on selective products. 

In express shipping, you can choose through the following two options:
- Priority Express (+extra charges applicable) (within 3-5 working days)

- Express (+extra charges applicable) (within 5-7 working days)
